Dotty Brown was a reporter and editor for 30 years at the Philadelphia Inquirer, holding such positions as Medical and Science Editor, Education Editor, and Enterprise Editor for Print and Digital Media. She has authored a book on Philadelphia’s historic Boathouse Row.
